With 50+ tradesmen, $5M+ in owned equipment, and annual self-performance revenues of $15M+, Terra is a leading small business in the Mid-Atlantic region for both Highway and Civil construction projects. Our portfolio of work includes bridges, abutments, asphalt and concrete paving, sound walls, MSE walls, piles, caissons, and a suite of specialized competencies which ensure our federal client roads, bridges, and civil requirements are achieved.
Data Centers
Terra delivers self-performed, mission-critical construction services for hyperscale data center projects, specializing in sitework, retaining wall systems, and stormwater infrastructure. We install Segmental and Precast Gravity Retaining Walls, as well as Cast-in-Place (CIP) and Mechanically Stabilized Embankment (MSE) systems—executed with precision using geotechnical fabric, select backfill, and crane-supported operations. With experienced crews, in-house equipment, and a focus on schedule and compliance, Terra ensures high-quality delivery of critical data infrastructure.
Marine
Federal infrastructure and marine facilities require significant upgrades, improvements, and new construction. Infrastructure and Marine projects are specialized, and Terra provides significant expertise and qualifications for our Federal partners. Infrastructure and Marine projects are specialized sectors of the construction market and Terra delivers specialized capabilities and performance. Terra retains self-performance resources and personnel specific to utilities, airfield pavements, rail, marine, and related project criteria.
Anti-Terrorism and Force Protection
Another area of Terra specialization is specific to facility physical protections and enhancements. Our self-performance is specific to UFC 4-010-01 physical barricades and concrete wall systems and supported by our specialized trade partners to complete our overall program of expertise. DOD and Federal agencies often face complex challenges related to adherence to Historic Preservation, Minimum Stand-Off distances in urban and constrained environments, and the overarching requirement to protect our critical facilities and personnel. Terra will provide solutions and innovation options to achieve facility protection standards.

We install deep foundation support and anchoring systems in areas where shallow foundations are not possible, practical, or will not carry the load.
We offer several types of Earth Shoring solutions to ensure stability for heavy construction in areas where common construction techniques are not feasible or practical.
Terra Constructs provides a single-source solution for design and installation of Retaining Walls and Barriers.
Terra Constructs uses Helical Piles to ensure a safe and economical deep foundation system that reinforces and strengthens existing ground.
Precast Panel – MSE walls which utilize a precast face and may vary in size from 5’ X 5’ square to 5’ X 10’ rectangular with optional architectural finishes.
Barrier – Barrier atop MSE structures may be cast-in-place or precast and when required have a standard Jersey shape.
Terra Constructs installs Resistance Piers to restore and/or deliver support strength to structures that have settled.
Terra Constructs provides various Soldier Piles and Lagging solutions to meet your unique retaining wall needs.
Wire baskets filled with either coarse aggregate or select stone may be designed vertically or tiered.
Vegetated Slopes – Slopes may be planted with vegetation or sod to provide stability and aesthetics.
