Terra Constructs, the experienced, reliable, and innovative provider of solutions for construction projects in the mid-Atlantic Region, announces the appointment of Jerry McNeal as Senior Project Manager and Michael Hilberath and Raymond Case as Superintendents.
Jerry McNeal
Jerry McNeal has joined the firm as a Senior Project Director. He has over 30 years of experience in the engineering construction industry specifically focused on installation of sound barriers, retaining walls, and precast concrete structures. Mr. McNeal has extensive experience in the mobilization of precast concrete production facilities, innovative design of production tools and techniques, coordination of project requirements, and safe and successful completion of projects. In this leadership role, he will oversee office and field staff on specific projects and will be responsible for successful delivery of those assignments.
Mike Hilberath
Mike Hilberath has joined Terra Constructs as a Superintendent. He comes to the firm with 30 plus years of experience in managing and supervising the construction of MSE, sound and soil nail retaining walls, and establishing, developing and managing a concrete precast plant dealing primarily in the production of highway construction barriers, precast coping, MSE panels, sound walls and storage vaults. He will plan, direct and coordinate the activities of designated projects, using safety guidelines to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished on time and on budget.
Raymond Case
Raymond Case has also joined Terra Constructs as a Superintendent. Mr. Case has 25 plus years of experience in the construction of engineered earth structures and foundations for buildings, roadways, and bridges. He has successfully managed and led field crews responsible for installation of anchors, aggregate piers, cast-in-place structures, and noise walls. He will plan, direct, and coordinate the activities of designated projects, using safety guidelines to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished on time and on budget.
