Terra Constructs, serving as Prime Contractor, was awarded a competitive contract by National Park Service to restore the lighting systems at the World War II Memorial, helping preserve the nighttime character of one of our nation’s most recognizable places of remembrance.
Every evening, thousands of visitors experience the memorial in a different light. Behind that experience is infrastructure that must perform reliably while respecting the memorial’s historic character. Over an accelerated five-month schedule, Terra coordinated the rehabilitation of the memorial’s lighting systems, improving long-term reliability while preserving the appearance and visitor experience of this nationally significant landmark.
