The Certification was received from the Metropolitan Washington Unified Certification Program (MWUCP), effective on October 2, 2014, MWUCP participants include the Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA) and the District of Columbia Department of Transportation (DDOT). DBE’s are small businesses, which are at least 51 percent owned by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals.
