Mr. Pandit’s responsibilities will include leading contract negotiations and administration across all project phases, ensuring risk mitigation and compliance, and continuously enhancing our contract lifecycle management systems. In addition, he will be instrumental in designing and implementing training programs that enhance field and office capabilities, promoting safety and performance, and supporting talent development throughout the organization.
