Edward brings over 33 years of experience in the construction industry to this role. His deep understanding of lifecycle project management and federal regulations has been crucial in successfully managing Terra’s federal projects across the Mid-Atlantic.

Edward’s career is distinguished by his proactive and results-driven approach, strategic thinking, and innovative problem-solving skills. He has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and project management abilities, delivering outstanding results for our federal clients. Notable projects under his leadership include the Arlington National Cemetery Historical Monument Restoration, National Mall Headquarters Exterior Improvements and Repairs, and Joint Base Andrews Best Management Practice Firing Range Repairs.

As Project Executive, Edward will continue to lead our federal team, overseeing multi-million-dollar federal government construction contracts in the Mid-Atlantic region.
