Terra Awarded National Park Service Project for Historic Oxon Cove Park

Terra is pleased to announce the award of a $1.5M competitive acquisition with the National Park Service. The project is located at the Oxon Cove Park and Oxon Hill Farm in Prince George’s County, Maryland and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The project includes resurfacing a segment of the Oxon Cove Trail and addition of a new pedestrian bridge. Also included is a segment of trail between the existing bridge over Oxon Creek to Bell Acres Park. The project will serve to further enhance visitor and family experiences at the Historic Park, while also providing greater accessibility to the public.
