Terra Adds Murad Pandit to its Executive Team
Terra Constructs is pleased to announce that Murad Pandit has joined the firm as Director of Marketing & Business Development. Murad will partner with other members of the senior leadership team in support of the company’s commitment to continued growth, organizational strength and customer satisfaction.

Murad has a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with Magna Cum Laude from Virginia Tech and an MBA with a dual degree in Marketing & Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He brings more than twenty years of private sector expertise in real estate development, finance and entrepreneurship, having worked as an owner/developer as well as a general contractor.
Since its inception in 2013, Terra Constructs has continued to grow its service portfolio, geographic reach and organizational strength. The company services a diversified clientele in federal, transportation, infrastructure, private and municipal markets in the Mid-Atlantic region.
