Terra Constructs selected to perform parking garage and electrical upgrades for a GSA facility in Suitland, Maryland

Terra Constructs is pleased to announce the award of a $649,000 contract with the General Services Administration. The contract is to perform repairs and upgrades to a government facility in Suitland, Maryland. The project requires specialized concrete modifications to a pre-stressed concrete parking garage to support compliance with current NFPA standards. Additionally, Terra will perform an electrical survey and reconfigure the existing circuits and CCTV to allow for the concrete modifications. The work will be accomplished in 120 calendar days and will be completed in late 2021.
