These strategic initiatives include key additions to their leadership team, and internal promotions of employees.

Terra Constructs recently announced the following promotions and additions to their leadership team to support their unprecedented growth:
- Eric Hilberath has been promoted to Senior Director of Business Development. Mr. Hilberath will lead business development efforts for all services of the firm.
- Jerry McNeal has been promoted to Director of Construction Services. Mr. McNeal will oversee all field operations and ensure that projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and exceed client expectations.
- Joe Rodriguez has joined the firm as Construction Manager. With his 30+ plus years of experience in the MSE Wall market on the east coast, Mr. Rodriguez will lead and mentor the Terra MSE wall crews.
- Randy Grove has joined the firm as Sound Wall Superintendent. With his 20+ plus years of experience with installation of sound walls in the Greater Washington metropolitan area, Mr. Grove will help Terra expand their sound wall installation capabilities.
Eric, Jerry, Joe and Randy will work closely with Jay Josselyn, Co-Founder, Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer and Babur R. Mian, P.E., Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO to meet the on-going needs of the firm’s clients.
