PROJECT: Waterfront Dock Rehabilitation
LOCATION: Fort Sumter National Historic Park, Charleston, South Carolina
Terra Constructs has been selected by the National Park Service to support critical construction upgrades at Fort Sumter, located in Charleston, South Carolina.
Terra is performing restoration and upgrades to the Fort’s primary access pier.
Work includes installation of new fendering systems, pile and pile cap rehabilitation, concrete deck and plank repairs, electrical service upgrades, and associated pier improvements.
Terra is honored to have been selected by the National Park Service to support the refurbishment of this historic pier. Construction is slated to start in early 2021 and finish by August 2021.
